It’s not a condition itself but a symptom that shows up when certain areas of the brain aren’t working as they should. But after stepping into the world of veganism and plant-based eating, I quickly realized... the lifestyle isn’t the hard part the debate is. Suddenly it wasn’t enough to enjoy more plants in my meals. I had to dodge online arguments about: • “You’re not really vegan if you eat soy.” • “Vegan meat is fake you’re being tricked.” • “You shouldn’t cook meat for your kids if you’re plant-based.” • “Don’t eat this. Take that supplement. Oh wait... never mind.” It was exhausting. And the pressure? It made eating something meant to nourish my body feel like a test I kept failing. One moment it's “just eat fruit and veggies.” The next it's “take 10 supplements and spend $$$ on organic-only or else…” Let’s be real: health is not a contest. Wellness is personal.
